Quayle to retire from Senate

Sen. Fred Quayle, a lawyer in Suffolk and the senior Republican on the Courts of Justice Committee, will not seek reelection to a sixth term. MySpace posts constituted threats, court finds

A man who posted menacing lyrics on his MySpace page can be convicted of  communicating written threats, even if the alleged victim didn’t have a computer, the Court of Appeals has ruled. Cuccinelli to stay in Virginia Tech cases
