Rep. Glenn Nye, D-Norfolk, toured a home affected by Chinese drywall this past Saturday.
The Nguyens have been displaced from thier home in the Little Neck area of Virginia Beach after suffering various health problems due to exposure to the toxic drywall.

Nightclub was front for major drug ring, feds say

A federal indictment claims that an unidentified police officer helped protect a Chesapeake man accused of running a $10 million drug operation.
Federal authorities say the six-year drug operation was based at the former club Encore Lounge and led by the club’s owner, Anthony Gonzalez, reports The Virginian-Pilot.

Identity theft on the rise in Hampton Roads

In Hampton Roads, more people are being cleaned out by thieves who learn the victims’ personal data.
