Roanoke jury awards half million to FELA plaintiff

Podiatrist case yields $3.5 million verdict

A Clifton Forge woman who claimed that her bunionectomy led to permanent, disabling pain and the amputation of her toes won a $3.5 million verdict from a Roanoke jury on Friday. Acceptance of check moots suit
