U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Kevin Huennekens agreed to dismiss the case involving The Greenbrier resort, leaving it to new owner Jim Justice to steer the hotel out of debt.
According to the Charleston Gazette, Justice vowed to pay the resort’s creditors in full immediately from a $17 million escrow fund.
