A message to Virginia Lawyers Weekly subscribers

A message from the Publisher:

The Virginia Lawyers Weekly website has been upgraded to add new features to our Account Center.

These changes will allow you to manage your access to our online news content, and to update your subscription benefits. Among other improvements, you will be able to renew your subscription online, switch to auto-renew to avoid renewal notices and even print a receipt for your taxes.

We recommend that you take a few minutes to log in to the Account Center to update your e-mail address and password. Once your account information is updated, your e-mail address becomes your new username. If you choose not to update your information at this time, you should still be able to log in with your current username and password. However, if you have trouble accessing your existing account, you may need to re-register.

The new website security also will mean that only you will be able to use your username and password for online access. You will be logged off the site if someone using your information logs in.

If you haven’t registered for Web benefits, please do so today. You will need a copy of your newspaper to provide your account number.

If you need help with your password, please call Denise Woods at 1-800-456-5397, ext. 14010, or email denise.woods@valawyersmedia.com. You can also reach our Subscriber Services department at 1-800-451-9998.

Thanks for your help and understanding as we complete this transition.
