On Oct. 18, the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board issued a public admonition to John W. Tripp of Virginia Beach for violating professional rules that govern diligence and communication. This discipline was an agreed disposition of misconduct charges against Tripp, according to the VSB.

On Oct. 23, the VSB Disciplinary Board issued a public admonition with terms to James S. Del Sordo of Manassas for violating professional rules that govern safekeeping property. This discipline was an agreed disposition of misconduct charges against Del Sordo, according to the VSB.

On Nov. 8, the VSB Disciplinary Board issued a public reprimand with terms to Darryl A. Parker of Richmond for violating professional rules that govern diligence and safekeeping property. The board also fined Parker $500 for violating the Virginia Consumer Real Estate Settlement Protection Act. This discipline was an agreed disposition of misconduct charges against Parker, according to the VSB.
