‘Influential Women of Virginia’ for 2013 named

Virginia Lawyers Weekly//March 13, 2013

Virginia Lawyers Media, publishers of Virginia Lawyers Weekly and the Virginia Medical Law Report, has announced the Class of 2013 of “Influential Women of Virginia.”

This awards program, now in its fifth year, recognizes the outstanding efforts of women in the commonwealth in all fields, including law, business, health care, education and the arts. The honors are given to individuals who are making notable contributions to their chosen professions, their communities and society at large.

The 2013 honorees are:

The honorees will be celebrated at a gala luncheon on May 16 at the Richmond Marriott in downtown Richmond. The “Influential Woman of the Year” for 2013, to be voted on by the members of the Class of 2013 themselves, will be announced at this luncheon.

Each honoree also will be profiled in a special publication that will be distributed at the event and inserted into Virginia Lawyers Weekly on May 20.
