MRWBA elects new officers and board

The Metropolitan Richmond Women’s Bar Association has elected new officers and the 2013-2014 Board of Directors.

Colleen M. Quinn is the new president. She is a principal in the law firm of Locke Partin DeBoer & Quinn and is director and owner of the Women’s Injury Law Center and the Adoption & Surrogacy Law Center, divisions of the firm.

The other new officers are:

  • Kimberly Skiba, Vice President, Owen & Owens
  • Melanie Friend, Treasurer, CowanGates
  • Melissa VanZile, Secretary, Hall & Hall
