Courts still affected by snow Friday

Due to inclement weather, the administrative offices of the Supreme Court of Virginia will open at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, the court said on its website Friday morning.

The court later posted a list of closings of local state courts.

The 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals offices in Richmond will open at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, that court announced on its site.

The Charlottesville, Danville, Harrisonburg, Lynchburg, and Roanoke divisions remain closed Friday, reported the U.S. District Court for the Western District.

In the Eastern District, the Richmond federal courthouse will open at 10:30 a.m., according to the court’s website.

The Richmond Circuit Court and the clerk’s office will open at 10:00 a.m. Friday, the court reports on its website.

Fairfax County courts all are open and on time, according to the county’s website.

The information was updated at 9:25 p.m. on Feb. 13 to add news about the Western District and the Richmond Circuit Court. An update at 8:10 a.m. on Feb. 14 added information about the Richmond federal courts and Fairfax County.  An update at 11:00 a.m. noted the list of local court closings.
