Stephen Coleman of Mechanicsville for violating professional rules that govern safekeeping property. Eshagpoor of Richmond for 90 days for violating professional rules that govern communication, safekeeping property, declining or terminating representation, unauthorized practice of law; multijurisdictional practice of law, bar admission and disciplinary matters and misconduct. This discipline was an agreed disposition of misconduct charges against Eshagpoor, according to the VSB.
