Snow is causing a second day of disruption at some courts around Virginia on Wednesday, Feb. 18.
The Richmond offices of the Supreme Court of Virginia were to open at 10:15 a.m. The state courts may post a list of schedule changes on the court’s website, as they did Tuesday.
U.S. district courts in Richmond, Norfolk and Newport News were to open at 10 a.m. A naturalization ceremony in Richmond is postponed until further notice.
The U. S. Bankruptcy Court, Richmond Division, were to open at 10 a.m. All matters scheduled before the court on or after 10 a.m. are to be heard as scheduled. Matters scheduled prior to the 10 a.m. opening will be re-scheduled to a later date, to be determined, according to the court’s website.
The Virginia State Bar office was to open at 10 a.m., according to its website.
