Moore to manage Christian & Barton

Richmond’s James E. Moore has been elected managing partner of Christian & Barton L.L.P.

Moore will maintain his legal practice, which focuses primarily on complex commercial civil litigation and appellate matters in both federal and state courts, according to the firm.

As managing partner, Moore succeeds Michael J. Quinan, who will continue his litigation, administrative law and public utility regulation practice, the firm said.

Prior to joining C&B in 1982, Moore held various positions within the Virginia attorney general’s office, including deputy attorney general.
