Portsmouth will skip most pot possession cases (access required)

Another Virginia commonwealth’s attorney has announced she will no longer prosecute most misdemeanor marijuana possession cases. The move by Portsmouth Commonwealth's Attorney Stephanie Morales follows a similar policy change last year by Norfolk’s Greg Underwood.
