4th Circuit argument session postponed

The Fourth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has announced it will not hold in-person oral argument during its May 5-8 argument session.

Cases tentatively calendared for May 5-8  will be continued for argument at a later session, scheduled for argument by video-conference or teleconference, or submitted on the briefs at the direction of the panels in each case, the court said.  Counsel will receive further notice from the court regarding proceedings, according to an April 1 post on the court’s website.
