Virus-related closing extended at Richmond court

The general district criminal and traffic courts at Richmond’s John Marshall Courts Building will remain closed through Friday, Aug. 7, or until further notice, according to an announcement Aug. 4.

The closure is due to COVID-19 exposure in the office, the notice said.

Video arraignments, protective order and bond motions are being handled at the Manchester Courthouse on Hull Street.

Cases scheduled in the John Marshall criminal and traffic courts are being rescheduled for three weeks later.
