Effective July 28, pursuant to Rules of the Supreme Court Part Six, Section IV, Paragraph 13-24, the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board summarily issued a reciprocal three-year suspension to Larry L. Miller of Charlottesville for violating the rules of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Virginia. The suspension shall remain in effect until April 20, 2023.

Effective Aug. 11, the Disciplinary Board revoked the license of Timothy A. Litzenburg of Charlottesville based on his affidavit consenting to the revocation. By tendering his consent to revocation at a time when allegations of misconduct were pending, Litzenburg acknowledged that the underlying material facts are true, according to the VSB.

Effective Aug. 13, the VSB State Bar Fifth District, Section III, Committee issued a public reprimand with terms to Sameena Sabir of Fairfax for violating the Rules of Professional Conduct governing competence and diligence, according to the VSB.
