Description of case: Plaintiff was a passenger in a vehicle that was proceeding through an intersection in Ashburn. The defendant disregarded a stop sign at that intersection, and T-boned the passenger side of the vehicle occupied by the plaintiff.

Plaintiff suffered a C5-6 disc protrusion, concussion and various soft tissue injuries/contusions. After conservative treatment of her disc herniation failed, she underwent a C5-6 discectomy.

Plaintiff received the policy limits from defendant’s Geico policy. She also was entitled to UIM coverage from three additional policies, which were all stacked. The UIM coverage was afforded by her driver’s policy (Progressive), her own personal policy (Allstate), and additional household coverage (Geico).
