VSB Disciplinary Action: July 12 issue

Effective June 11, the Virginia State Bar Fourth District Subcommittee, Section II, issued a public reprimand with terms to Richmond lawyer JeRoyd Wiley Greene III for violating professional rules that govern competence, diligence, communication, safekeeping property, and declining or terminating representation. According to the VSB, this discipline was an agreed disposition of misconduct charges against Greene.
