Looking ahead:
“Expect” is challenging with the composition of the legislature, both historically and at present. VTLA legislature support, as well as the Inns of Court work, has led to meaningful developments over the last few years, and I hope to see continued cooperation between Claimant/Defense Bar on legislature going into 2021-2022.
