VSB Disciplinary Action: April 18 issue

Effective April 6, the Second District Committee of the Virginia State Bar issued a public reprimand with terms to Brian Damas Thoman of Virginia Beach for violating the professional rules governing diligence and communication. This was an agreed disposition of misconduct charges, according to the VSB.
