Evelyn S. Traub has more than 35 years of experience handling a broad range of employee benefits and executive compensation issues. She represents large public and privately held companies and government entities, and possesses an in-depth knowledge of the IRS code.
Traub is also experienced in ERISA cases and other applicable laws, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court. Furthermore, she brings an insider’s perspective to her work: Early in her career, she spent six years working with the IRS as a legal research assistant.
Traub received both her bachelor’s degree and law degree from the University of Richmond. In addition, she earned a master’s degree from Georgetown University.
She is a regular presenter at business and professional conferences, and has co-authored dozens of articles on employee benefits, healthcare and tax issues.
