Jason F. Zellman

Over the course of Jason F. Zellman’s 15-year career, he has established himself as an effective advocate for employees who have faced discrimination on the job.
After graduating from the College of William & Mary and The William & Mary Law School, Zellman clerked for Hon. Gaylord L. Finch Jr. of the Fairfax County Circuit Court.
Zellman has successfully handled numerous discrimination matters, including a $125,000 settlement in an age discrimination case, a six-figure settlement in a sexual harassment case, and a six-figure judgment for a client in a malicious prosecution/abuse of process matter.
In addition to his law practice, Zellman serves as vice chairman of the Fairfax County Architectural Review Board.
