On Dec. 12, 2022, pursuant to Virginia Rule of Professional Conduct 8.5(b), the Fourth District, Section II Subcommittee of the Virginia State Bar issued a public reprimand without terms to Isaac Philip Rabicoff of Alexandria for violating California’s professional rules that govern meritorious claims and contentions, candor toward the tribunal and misconduct. This was an agreed disposition of misconduct.

Effective Dec. 16, 2022, the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board revoked Johnnie Louis Johnson Jr. of Kingsland, Georgia’s license to practice law in the commonwealth of Virginia. This was a reciprocal revocation, based on his May 26, 2022, disbarment from the practice of law by the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
