Description of case: On June 11, 2022, the plaintiff was a front-seat passenger in a car driven by the defendant. The defendant failed to stop at the stop sign and caused a T-bone collision with another vehicle resulting in the death of the
defendant driver. Both vehicles were totaled.
The plaintiff was rushed to the emergency room where her condition was classified as critical. She was stabilized and eventually had a remarkable recovery. The plaintiff returned to work without any permanent injuries.
