Ordered and effective on Jan. 26, 2023, the Virginia State Bar suspended Joseph T. Prendergast of Vienna’s license to practice law in the commonwealth of Virginia for 12 months for violating rules that govern truthfulness in statements to others, bar admission and disciplinary matters and misconduct.

Effective Dec. 27, 2022 and entered Jan. 27, 2023, the Virginia Beach Circuit Court issued a public reprimand with terms to Kevin Benedict Rack of Virginia Beach for violating the professional rules governing fees and conflict of interest: general rule. This was an agreed disposition of misconduct charges.
