Description of case: Defendant pulled out from a private driveway onto a highway and T-boned the left side of the plaintiff’s car which resulted in a rollover of the plaintiff’s vehicle; plaintiff was a passenger in the vehicle. Plaintiff spent the next several months in hospice care where she lived with excruciating pain from the multitude of injuries she sustained to her hip and pelvis before ultimately passing away.
