The Halperin Law Center, a boutique personal injury and civil rights firm based in Glen Allen, is seeking a dedicated and driven Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of litigation experience to join our growing team.

Our practice includes cases involving serious personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, police brutality, failure to provide medical care to inmates, and other constitutional violations. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality legal representation with compassion, integrity, and tenacity.
The Role:
The Associate Attorney will play a key role in all stages of litigation—from investigation and pleadings through discovery, motion practice, and trial. You’ll work closely with our legal team on complex cases in both state and federal courts.
Qualifications:
- J.D. and active license to practice law in Virginia
- 3+ years of litigation experience (or less if you have worked as a federal law clerk)
- Federal court experience preferred
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A commitment to client-centered representation and social justice
