Case description: The plaintiff was a 55-year-old registered nurse involved in a crash in Gloucester County. She was generally in good health prior to the collision but was recovering from lower back surgery, which had taken place six weeks before this crash.
The matter was settled after suit was filed, with the liability carrier tendering its coverage and with additional payments by the plaintiff’s uninsured motorist carrier and med pay carrier. Mediation was scheduled, but the matter was resolved directly with counsel.
