The VLW 2025 ADR Survey

In this special section, Virginia Lawyers Weekly is pleased to provide the results of the VLW 2025 Alternative Dispute Resolution Survey. This project provides information about ADR providers across Virginia.

This year, we’ve transformed our ADR Survey with a new enhanced listing format that better showcases the expertise and unique approaches of Virginia’s dispute resolution professionals. Participants had the opportunity to provide basic contact information for complimentary listings. For an additional fee, some providers opted for enhanced display listings that allow them to present a comprehensive profile of their ADR practice, including:

• Professional photos and firm logos
• Contact information and credentials
• Customized narrative highlighting their experience, philosophy, and approach to dispute resolution
• Practice areas, specializations, and geographic service areas
• Education, certifications, and professional training
• Services offered (mediation, arbitration, case evaluation, collaborative law, and more)
• Track record, case volume, and settlement success rates
• Fee structures and availability of remote services
• Awards, recognition, and professional affiliations
• Personalized content sections tailored to showcase what makes their practice distinctive

For ADR providers who supplied basic listing information last year, we relied on information from their websites to update their 2025 listings.
