With a decade-and-a-half of practice under his belt, Jonathan Bliley has established himself across a broad spectrum of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, sales, financings, joint ventures and restructurings. His clients span a wide range of industries, from food distribution and behavioral health to senior housing and consumer services.
Bliley chairs the Corporate Section at Williams Mullen. The University of Maryland School of Law alumnus is a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Committee of the American Bar Association and serves on the Board of Trustees of Historic Richmond.
