Over the last 32 years, Colleen M. Quinn has handled numerous high-profile employment cases in both federal and state courts that have resulted in hundreds of thousands of dollars in settlements for her clients.
The owner of Quinn Law in Richmond, she has extensive experience with matters involving sexual orientation and ADA discrimination, and most recently has handled numerous Virginia Employment Commission appeals in cases arising out of COVID-19.
Quinn is past chair of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association Employment and Civil Rights Section. A graduate of the College of William & Mary with a bachelor’s in English and philosophy, she received her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.
