Effective July 6, 2022, the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board suspended the law license of Ann Cabell Baskervill of Dinwiddie on impairment grounds.

Effective July 6, 2022, a three-judge panel of the Fairfax County revoked Jay A. Rosenberg of Cincinnati, Ohio’s privilege to practice law in the commonwealth based on his affidavit consenting to the revocation. By tendering his consent to revocation at a time when a disciplinary complaint, investigation or proceeding is pending, Rosenberg acknowledges that the material facts upon which the disciplinary complaint, investigation or proceeding are predicated are true.
