A multifaceted business, real estate and commercial financing attorney, V. Rick Nishanian is renowned for his ability to craft legal documents for the most complex transactions.
The George Mason University graduate is also an adjunct professor for his alma mater, teaching in the Real Estate Development Master’s Program. Deeply invested in the local business community, he has served on boards that include the Prince William Chamber of Commerce, the George Mason Science and Tech Campus Advisory Board and the Nishanian Foundation.
Under Nishanian’s leadership, Vanderpool, Frostick & Nishanian was honored by the local Chamber of Commerce with its “10 Years of Excellence in Business” Award.
His recent representative matters include negotiating leases in the redevelopment of a major retail mall, as well as structuring and drafting a contract for a $70 million multifamily and retail building.
