Since 1983, Wm. Quinton Robinson has demonstrated unparallelled expertise in business succession planning, agreements, estate planning and related tax matters in a practice that spans the arena of business law.
Until 2011, Robinson, a member of the Virginia Bar Association’s Real Property and Taxation sections, sat on the state bar’s Fifth District Disciplinary Committee. He previously served in the U.S. Army, in which he attained the rank of Captain.
Since then, the Duke University graduate has represented clients from funeral homes and drywall contractors to veterinary clinics and video equipment companies, assisting with asset sales, acquisitions, roll up operations and purchase agreement negotiations.
Robinson’s background, business acumen and knowledge are “particularly useful to clients who are considering how to structure the sale of their long-held business or who are looking to grow their business through expansion,” noted one colleague.
