A former Air Force intelligence officer who is fluent in Arabic, Phillip A. Sitz once co-managed his own firm designing secure networking solutions for defense contractors and training personnel on cybersecurity tactics.
The avid chess player would go on to enroll in law school at the Catholic University of America after noticing how many of his clients needed an attorney for contract review and advice.
Today, Sitz drafts and negotiates employment claims and vendor contracts and can advise on organizational restructurings, as well as design curricula for clients to improve the effectiveness of their cybersecurity programs.
He also handles commercial litigation disputes including breach of contract, UCC and sales litigation, business torts and insurance claims and coverage.
In addition to other affiliations, Sitz is part of the Richmond Technology Council. He practices in all courts in the state, including the Supreme Court of Virginia.
