Most memorable case: A defense verdict for a surgeon alleged to have stapled a mercury-filled dilator to patient’s stomach; a defense verdict for a nursing home against claims patient was smothered between railing and bed mattress.
What makes me a leader in my field: My experience and ability to evaluate claims efficiently and timely, plus litigation skills developed over decades.
Outlook for 2026: More use of AI and the usual annual increase in the cap on recovery of damages in medical malpractice cases.
