Years in practice: 48
Best known for: My firm and I are known for our longevity and expertise in personal injury law and commitment to community service.
Why I chose my practice area: As a plaintiff-only, contingency fee firm, we help people whose lives have been turned upside down, regardless of their ability to pay.
Most memorable case: We represented a family whose wrongful death case was appealed after an unreasonably low verdict. The Supreme Court reversed the trial court, and the retrial set the record for the highest wrongful death verdict in Loudoun County.
What makes me a leader in my field: My longevity, community service, and commitment to excellent client representation.
Bar involvement/leadership roles: We mentor personal injury attorneys and helped establish the Loudoun Bar’s Leadership in the Law Summer Camp in 1999.
