In the Lead: Best Up & Coming Law Firms is a special section (and online product) recognizing law firms that were launched in the past five years but are already demonstrating great promise and the qualities that lead to lasting success.
To be named one of the Best Up & Coming Law Firms, a firm must have at least three attorneys, have been established within the past 10 years, and be based in Virginia.
Other criteria:
- Has been in business for at least a year
- Can demonstrate success in the local legal community through growth in revenue or employees.
- Recognized as a best workplace because of employee support programs.
- Can show a high level of employee morale.
- Is able to demonstrate strong and consistent community engagement.
