Effective Aug. 22, the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board revoked Christopher William Roop of Spencer’s license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia for failure to comply with Part Six, Section IV, Paragraph 13-29 of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Virginia.
